By submitting this information, you grant us the right to share it with third-party payment processors to facilitate your purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order at any time due to product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing and subscription fees at any time. Any adjustments to subscription pricing will be communicated to you prior to your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax). Applicable taxes will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your geographical location and VAT ID status.
We provide technical support exclusively to the original customer and license-holder in possession of a valid license key.
You may use our products to create end products (such as websites) for your clients, provided you maintain an active and valid license and have a direct, substantial role in the design and development process. However, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Bundling, integrating, or offering access to our products within another product, software package, or platform (whether free or paid).
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our themes “as is” to third parties.
- Sharing, distributing, or making the Pro version available to communities, friends, or clients for free or for compensation.
- Sharing or transferring your account or license to any other individual or entity.
Engaging in these prohibited activities constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and license without notice.
We will issue refunds exclusively under the following strict circumstances:
- Refunds will be granted only within a 14-day period from the date of purchase. Requests for refunds beyond this timeframe will be deemed invalid, and the purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds do not apply to subscription renewal payments.
- We will only send auto-renewal reminder emails to customers in locations where it’s required by law, and only for subscriptions of 6 months or longer (i.e. 180 days or longer). Customers will get this email notification either 7 days or 30 days before the auto-renewal.
- We exclusively offer refunds for your initial purchase. This means that we cannot grant refunds for subsequent licenses or any other subsequent purchases.
- Plan upgrades & downgrades: Payments made for plan upgrades are non-refundable, as expanded license quotas and Pro resources are unlocked immediately. When upgrading, you will only be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your active billing cycle. Subscriptions can be downgraded at any time, with plan changes taking effect automatically at the end of the current billing cycle.
Important information regarding refunds:
- Once we process a refund, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to return to your account (depending on the payment gateway and your source of payment).
- Customers who change their minds or cannot provide a reasonable explanation for a refund request are not covered by the refund policy and will not be eligible for a refund.
- The company reserves the right to modify the refund and cancellation policy without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse our services to any customer who breaches our terms.
- By making a purchase from our site, you agree to the refund policy and waive any rights to challenge it or take legal action.

We continuously update our product and service offerings on the Service. The products available may occasionally be incorrectly priced, inaccurately described, or temporarily unavailable. We offer customer support from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC+5), Monday to Friday. Our support services include:
- Assistance with resolving any issues or bugs related to our product.

- Please note that custom work, such as feature modifications or special configurations outside of standard product functionality, is not included in our support services.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that KEYDESIGN TEMPLATES SRL shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your reliance on such external content or services.
In no event shall KEYDESIGN TEMPLATES SRL, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy stated herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any previous agreements between us concerning the Service.
