2. Do I need an active KeyDesign Pro subscription?
No, having an active KeyDesign Pro subscription is not mandatory to request a custom quote. However, because our development relies on the lightweight KeyDesign Pro framework as a foundational core, we can easily include a plan directly into your custom proposal to serve as the baseline for your project.
3. How long does it take to receive a custom quote?
Our team reviews incoming project briefs within 1–2 business days during our operational schedule (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM UTC+2, Monday through Friday). Complex builds or enterprise integrations may require additional technical discovery before we issue a final proposal.
4. Who executes the custom development work?
All custom builds are executed directly by our software engineering team, the same team who architect and maintain the KeyDesign Pro framework. This guarantees clean, non-bloated code and full long-term compatibility with future WordPress and Elementor updates.
5. What should I include in my quote request?
To receive an accurate fixed-price proposal, provide your current website URL, specific project objectives, required functional specs, reference designs, your target completion timeline, and an estimated budget range.
6. How do billing and payments work for custom work?
All custom invoices are processed securely via Stripe. Standard custom builds operate on a 50/50 milestone structure: a 50% deposit before kickoff and the final 50% upon project completion and sign-off prior to site deployment.
